Two Stage Expander EXP-1



Productivity:
- from I stage: about 1000 kg/h for the density 18 g/l,
- from II stage: about 50 m3/h for the density 13 g/l,
- final density of the granulated product is from 9 g/l to 30 g/l.

Internal dimensions:
- expanding chamber: inside diameter of the chamber: 0.9 m; inside height of the chamber: 2.7 m;
- dryer: length: 4 m; width: 0.8m; height: 1.4 m.

Standard equipment:
- expanding chamber with lower emergency discharge,
- 3 levels of discharge for the granulated product adjusted by means of pneumatic servomotors,
- screw conveyor for feeding of raw material to the processing tank of the first expanding stage,
- dryer with drum injector,
- dryer heater,
- processing silo of the second stage with capacity about 20 m3,
- transportation blowers,
- control panel.

Media consumption requirements:
- power supply installed: 25 kW,
- dry saturated steam: about 400 kg/h,
- pressured air: about 0.7 MPa.
